Q) Are there any costs or commission fees for registration?
A) It is completely free to register with transmisr.com. We need your services to be reliable all over the world.
Q) Can changes be made to a shipping request once it is posted on the system?
A) No it is not possible to make changes to a shipping request once posted on the system. You have to make a new shipping request and mention in the comment the oldest reference and request a cancellation.
Q) Can I view the results of shipping requests online?
A) Simply Login to go straight to your Account Manager page, where you can view your existing shipping information and completed shipping requests that you have issued quotes for.
Q) Do I have to provide the service described if my quote is accepted?
A) Yes, you are contractually obligated to provide transmisr.com the shipment details as described by the shipper or requested by parties involved with the shipment to get quoted.
Q) Does transmisr.com enforce agreements arranged via the website?
A) Agreements between shipper and consignees cannot be enforced nor is the responsibility of transmisr.com. We merely provide an online service to assist shippers and cosignees for competitive quotes from our growing network community of worldwide. Please review the website user agreement for additional details.
Q) How can I receive email notifications of shipping requests for my company?
A) The system sends your shipment details and automatically you’ll receive in your provided email. Based on the kind of your request you’ll receive quick Human reply within 48 hours.
The only thing is to fill properly the shipment fields on the shipping request form.

A) It is free! Just click here.
All you need is to fill our the registration form with the compulsory items and click send.
Q) I forgot my password. Can you send it to me?
A) Just send us an email with your first and last name, company name if you have one, and your email address. We'll send you your password right away.
Q) If the shipper accepts a quote, must the shipper follow through with the shipment transaction?
A) Yes, shippers must follow through with their shipment transaction when a quote is accepted. Our system invoices will bill you for our fees when a quote is accepted. Shippers that do not follow through with shipment transactions after accepting a quote will have their accounts cancelled, and will be blocked from future use of the website.
Q) If there is a problem, can I contact transmisr.com to help me?
A) Yes, you are welcome to contact us to help resolve problems with shippers for shipment arranged via the website. We cannot force a decision or dictate corrective actions. We can merely suggest what we feel is appropriate action given the circumstances. There may be situations where we can help influence an outcome, but we offer no assurances.

A) The website allows for shippers to post shipping requests according to the transaction currencies.
